We use sand, limestone, carbonated water and recyclable glass as our recipe, and then put the combination of all ingredients into the furnace for melting. The furnace heats the batch to about 1,565 degrees Celsius to produce molten glass.

The company has set up many factories in Shandong Province, producing more than 6 million glass bottles every day. It has three melting furnaces and 18 production lines, equipped with 2,000 square meters of clean room, re-inspection workshop and post-processing workshop. Twelve sets of double-dripping material, eight sets of three-dripping material row bottle-making machine and automatic inspection and packaging equipment controlled by computer. Represents the international advanced level in the glass bottle production hot end, carried out a comprehensive update, the use of advanced equipment in the industry for a comprehensive upgrade. At the cold end, the cleanroom is designed and expanded according to ISO standards, and new testing machines are installed to optimize the process.
